Course 1

Next came out our appetizers. With a choice of two options, each of us ordered one of each to split. One was a puff pastry bowl full of potato salad and dressed with sundries such as lettuce, heart of Palm, olive and a shrimp.

The other dish is a tuna en croute with egg, almost hollandaise sauce, mushrooms, and a mushroom sauce. On the side was served heart of palm and orange pepper.
